    Return conditions

    Thank you for shopping at CdB Copas Magnum!

    We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

    Exchanges for DAMAGED items.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided that it has been noted on the carrier’s delivery note that the original packaging has arrived damaged or presents anomalies, which may result in the objects inside being damaged. Return costs will be borne by CdB Copas Magnum.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

    Returns for NON-damaged items.

    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
